INVITATION TO BID - Reclaimed Water Pond

The City of Safford (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

Reclaimed Water Pond

COS PROJECT NO. 67-667

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received by the City Clerk at City Hall located at 717 West

Main Street, Safford, Arizona 85546, until June 16, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. local time. At that time the Bids

received will be publicly opened and read.

The Project includes the following Work:

This project includes finish grading of the reclaimed water pond, installation of a 12” thick clay liner

in the sides and bottom of the pond, and the installation of a concrete outfall structure.

The project shall include all excavation, fill, subgrade preparation, clay liner installation, concrete

installation, and piping necessary to complete the work in accordance with the project plans and

specifications. Additional improvements as shown on the Drawings and noted in the Specifications

shall be required.

The project is expected to be substantially complete in 150 days and ready for final payment in 180 days.
