Facility Rental Charges – Effective December 14, 2020

Pool Party Reservation (2 Hour Maximum) -  $250.00

Pool Picnic Area Rental - $25.00

End of Year School Pool Party Entry - $1.00/person

City Annex (808 S. 8th Avenue):     

Community Room Rental - $50.00/hr. or $300.00/day

Conference Room Rental - $50.00

Inside Rental Deposit (Refundable Key & Cleaning Deposit) - $150.00

Kitchen Use - $25.00

Outside Grounds and Ramada - $50.00/hr.

Outside Electric Use - $10.00

Outside Rental Cleaning Deposit - $25.00 (Refundable)

City Parks:     

City Parks Ramada Reservation - No Fee

Trap Pit - $10.00 (Refundable key deposit)

Equipment Rentals - Effective December 14, 2020

Equipment Item:     

Chairs - $1.50/each + $100.00(Refundable)

Tables - $8.50/each + $100.00(Refundable)

Dance Floor - $115.00 + $100.00(Refundable)

Large Tent - $500.00 + $500.00(Refundable)

Traffic Cones - $1.00/each + $50.00(Refundable)

Barricades/Signs - $1.00/each + $50.00(Refundable)

90-gal Container - $5.00/each + $100.00(Refundable)

300-gal Container - $15.00/each + $100.00(Refundable)

Special Event Fees - Effective December 14, 2020

Special Event Application Fee - $20.00

Special Event Electric Fee - $10.00

Chapter 8.09 Graffiti – Effective January 14, 2020    

8.09.110-Violation – Penalty

Any person violating any provisions of this chapter shall be subject to fine not to exceed three hundred dollars ($300.00)
