The Safford Lions Club will post 200 flags on City Hall Lawn as a Field of Honor of flags honoring veterans. Lion’s Club will sell flags to members of the community in honor of past service or currently serving veterans. Signage designating veteran will be attached to each flagstaff. Flags will remain displayed all week. On Veteran’s Day, a Veteran’s Day Ceremony. For Field of Honor Flags, contact Michelle Wilson at Farmer's Insurance on Main Street.
