Responsibilities


Duties of the City Clerk's Office include:
  • Administering the city's insurance coverage for property
  • Conducting and administering city elections
  • Coordinating City Council agenda packets and minutes
  • Maintaining city business and dog licenses
  • Maintaining the records management program
  • Providing access to public records
  • Providing support to the Mayor and City Council
  • Recording, filing, and maintaining permanent legal documents
  • Updating / codifying the City Municipal Code Book
