GED Testing
GED Adult Education Prep Program
GED Adult Education Program provides FREE classes that will prepare you for GED testing. Online instruction is available to all registered students.
The program:
-Registration and paperwork must be filled out in person at the Safford Library.
-MUST Provide an unexpired government issued photo ID. (ID obtained from the Department of Motor Vehicles). Tribal Certificate of Indian Blood or, Tribal/Bureau of Indian Affairs Affidavit of Birth accepted.
-Once registered you will need to schedule a date to take a pre-assessment test called TABE.
-A max time of 3 hours should be set aside for the TABE test.
-Classes will be assigned. ONLINE classes only.
You qualify for the program if:
-You are 16 years or older.
-NOT currently enrolled in any other GED support or service.
-NOT currently enrolled in school

The Safford Library is an official GED testing site!
To schedule and pay for official testing visit myged.com.
Testing is available Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:30-7:30 pm with the exception of National Holidays.
