This FREE online course helps prepare you for taking the GED. The course is managed by the Gila County Education Service Agency.
-Registration and paperwork must be filled out in person at the Safford Library.
-MUST have a photo ID or other documents to verify your legal name at the time of registration.
-Once registered you will need to schedule a date to take a locating test called TABE.
-A max time of 3 hours should be set aside for the TABE test.
-All coursework can be completed on any of the library's public computers or any other computer with internet connection.
You qualify for the program if:
-You are 16 years or older.
-NOT currently enrolled in any other GED support or service.
-NOT currently in enrolled in school or out of school for more than 3 months.
